Tuesdays are Terrific at Wesley United Methodist Church this Summer. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
Come as Adults, Send the kids, or Come together. Every Tuesday Evening, June 24th through August 19th, 6:00pm-6:30pm
Dinner provided from 6-6:30pm. Share a meal as a family or come alone and meet new friends.
6:45pm-8:30pm
Adults learn how to get out of debit and find financial peace with Dave Ramsey's "Financial Peace University" from 6:45-8:30pm.
Kids can take part in  Vacation Bible School with games, stories, adventures, nature walks, water fun, airplanes, mini-golf, movies, crafts and more!
Register for Financial Peace University by May 31st for a discount.
Vacation Bible School is free.

FREE Back-to-School Event-Saturday August 2-Goshen
Saturday, August 2 from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church, (ocated at 61115 State Road 15, one mile north of the overpass in Goshen) will be hosting its annual FREE  Back-to-School event.  For children K-5th grade they will be offering new shoes and socks, haircuts and backpacks filled with school supplies! Come and have breakfast and enjoy the bouncy houses with your children! Also free door prizes will be given-don’t miss it! Children must be present and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  No Rain Date.

Summer Picnic-Big Brother/ Big Sisters-August 3-Ideal Beach-Elkhart IN
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County is hosting their annual summer picnic on Sunday, August 3, 2012 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Ideal Beach. Families, Volunteers (“Bigs”) and Mentees (“Littles”) will be in attendance to celebrate 42 years of one-to-one mentoring in Elkhart County.
The 2014 “Bigs of the Year” awards take place at 1:30 p.m. The agency will be recognizing four outstanding volunteers as Big Brother, Big Sister, Rookie Big Brother and Rookie Big Sister of the Year as well as several long-term matches.
Stephanie Patka, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County, stated “We appreciate any opportunity we have to publicly say thank you for mentoring children as a Big Brother or Big Sister.”

The BIG Give Sunday-August 10th-Warsaw Wesleyan Church
Warsaw Wesleyan Church is hosting The BIG Give Sunday, August 10th from 3-6 PM. They will be handing out a new outfit for children in preschool through sixth grade (while supplies last). There will be free haircuts, food, games, face painting and more. Warsaw Wesleyan Church is located at 2402 West Old road 30 just east of the CCAC.

50th Anniversary Celebration-New Beginnings Assembly of God-Nappanee-Sunday, August 17th
New Beginnings Assembly of God, Nappanee, Celebrates 50th Anniversary On Sunday, August 17th, New Beginnings Assembly of God, previously known as County Line Assembly of God, located at 901 S. Main Street, Nappanee, IN went though the 2007 F3 tornado and though the building did not survive, the congregation is still thriving! The celebration service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday with guest speaker Rev. Ralph Holdeman, Jr., the founding pastor's son.  Since expecting a larger than normal crowd the church service will be held in the gymnasium.  Activities after the service include dinner  All who come to the service are invited to stay.  If you plan to stay for dinner please call (574)773-7509 to let us know how many are joining us for dinner.
