PULSE FM is proud to support the D.A.R.E. Program in St. Joseph County and salutes this year’s Essay winners.
Each Weekday at 6:30am You’ll hear from a local winner reading his or her essay!

The St. Joseph County Police Department’s D.A.R.E. program was implemented in 1996. Since that time, thousands of 5th and 6th grade students have successfully graduated from our program. The D.A.R.E. program teaches our youth to resist the pressures of using drugs including: alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana.
